Re: Controlling Eventide H9 via MIDI on Sub37?
I don't think choosing a preset on the Sub 37 can also send a program change event to an external device. I think you'll need a separate device (computer, mobile device or some dedicated MIDI hardware device) to send simultaneous program changes to both the Sub 37 and H9. If your synth sounds and ef...

Re: SubPhatty last firmware
In general you should be able to download the latest released firmware from the download tab on the Sub Phatty product page , which currently lists firmware version 2.0.3. In the past I have found a link to version 2.0.6 on these forums, but that one was never added to the download tab on the websit...

Re: sub37 editor vst not connecting
The problem is that only one program can connect to the Sub at any given time via one link. This is not generally true: when using a Mac multiple programs can use the same connection. I believe this is not the case on Windows by default, although I understood when using Moog's driver it should be p...

Re: A Duo Mode possibility?
Minitaur and Sub Phatty seem to be first in line for firmware updates, judging from the activity on the beta forum.DrJustice wrote:BTW, it's a long time since there was a FW update, I wonder what the plans are in this area...

I'd just start by asking and seeing what the options are.

Re: LCD screen intermittently fails
Have contacted the seller or Moog support? That's what I would do to get these issues fixed.

Re: Where is Midi Learn in the Editor?
It's not listed in the list of MIDI CC's in the manual, so I guess not, but you could check to make sure by running a MIDI monitor program like MIDI-OX (Windows) or MIDI Monitor (Mac), connecting your synth to your computer and seeing if anything gets sent when turning that pot.

Re: Sub 37 waveshape oscillator's
There is a knob calibration routine available for the Sub37 but I haven't needed to do this yet. Did you make that up? :) I'm just a new Sub 37 owner but I don't see that in the manual. It's not in the manual, but it exists. You're advised to run it after swapping out a board for instance and Moog ...

Re: Sub 37 Shipping Blues
Even if you find that everything is working okay and you don't want to return it, I'd still let the dealer know ASAP you weren't happy with how it arrived at your place. The longer you wait, the more reason for them to suspect you dropped it yourself or something like that.

Re: Logic Pro X ruining Sub 37 sequences
The Sub 37 Editor User's Manual says the following on page 10: WARNING: Before using your Sub 37 with a DAW, go to the GLOBAL SETTINGS section of the SETUP menu. Under the LOCAL CONTROL section – turn Keys, Wheels and Panel OFF to prevent MIDI issues. Be sure to turn these back ON when not in use wi...
