Re: What is the values for pure saw and square waveforms?
Using your ear is the fastest method.
Its very easy to get your ear used to how pure sawtooth or pure pulse should sound. Because the crossfaded waveforms clearly differ soundwise from the pure waveforms, you'll find the pure waveforms very fast, if you know how they should sound.

Re: some bad luck with cats
The voyager looks great with this scratch! Gives an authentic road worn touch.
If you don't want to sell your voyager, there is no need to keep it in mint condition (imo).

Re: Old School logo position?
My Voyager (not OS) came with a centered logo.
With the logo clipped of, it looks better.

... and keep in mind, that with the release switch turned off, the amp just turns off when you release the key(s), however the envelope generators continue to go through their release phase! If you press another key while the envelope is still in release phase, the attack will not start from zero bu...

Re: What moog box to buy send cv from Voyager to sh-101?
The RME specs on the moog homepage say: OUTPUTS This is a standard female DB-25 connector that allows access to the control voltage and gate output signals from the Voyager. A VX-351 CV Expander can be connected to this port to output these signals on its 1/4" jacks. Control signals that are ro...

Re: HELP!! No Sound
I'm not from Moog, but your problem sounds interesting to me!
What happens, if you turn glide and release switches off (sound will come out), save this as a preset, then turn glide and release on (sound will dissappear) and load the preset again?

The EBS Valve Drive is also a great thing. Beside the "vintage mode", which gives you fuzz, it can make a mellow tube overdrive.

Re: Question about using the Voyager with a modular system
A Voyager with a VX351 is great to controll modular synths, but in my opinion the Voyager itself is no substitute for a real modular. If you want a modular, get modular. The Voyager is the descendent of the Minimoog, which is an all-in-one synthesizer (.... without a fx unit ;-) ), designed to be pl...

The best way to make a decision would be an A/B comparison of Voyager and SE-1/SE-1X.

Re: Voyager RME oscillator 1 is out of tune
If scaling is not calibrated, it sounds wrong but the scaling should not change over the time (after warmup).
I think it's broken. Maybe Moog can fix it
