Moog Taurus II Controller + Moogerfoogers?

There is a Moog Taurus II controller for sale locally and it's really cheap. Can the Taurus II be used in any way with any of the moogerfooger pedals with CV? Just wondering if it would be worthwhile to pick up or if it won't do anything with them.

Haha, I've had that same response from about 10 people about my Moog Delay. It's all relative I guess :D

Re: Midi controller advice for Moog MF-104M

I was about to suggest the Roland FC-300, a very fine controller, built like a tank, but it is costly and it is huge. Now the Providence PEC-2 is a very interesting device. How much does it cost? I can use that. Very costly! About twice as much as the Roland I believe. I think it retails for $950, ...

Re: Midi controller advice for Moog MF-104M

I have a Rocktron All Access Midi Foot Controller (no Food Controller  ) Blue Touring Model for sale on Amazon right now, but for a fellow Moog user I could lower the price. What are You looking at spending? I pack very safely. Here's the manual link. http://www.rocktron.com/support/manuals.ph...

Moogerfoogers at higher voltages

Has anybody noticed any changes in their Fooger's performance at different voltages? With some overdrives and compressors, increasing the voltage will allow for more clean headroom, adding some dynamics/depth and other changes or improvements. Noise seems to be a concern on a lot of Foogers and incr...

Re: 102M?

As a guitar player that appreciates the ability to call up presets through midi, I would love midi capability on every Moogerfooger. I've been holding out on purchasing a 102 because I'm hoping they would add it. Is there any reason that the lack of midi on the Moogerfoogers is appealing?

Re: Should I get the MF-108M Cluster-Flux?

I found a local shop yesterday that had one on display that I could spend some time with. My initial reaction is that while it sounds great, I was slightly underwhelmed at the price point. I don't feel this way at all about my other Moogerfoogers, but that's because I absolutely love delay and the p...

Re: Should I get the MF-108M Cluster-Flux?

I picked up the ClusterFlux when it was new. Had to have one after seeing the spy pictures, etc. Though I play a MusicMan 4-string (sometimes), I found that while interesting and great for sonic mayhem, it really didn't provide as much musical harmonic richness as I thought it would and put it up f...

Re: Should I get the MF-108M Cluster-Flux?

The clusterflux is its own beast. The best way I can compare the two is by this: the delay is a delay machine for creating echos of your original sound and mangling them into oblivion if you choose. The ClusterFlux is a tone machine, creating a change in the frequencies that are emphasized. It gets...

Should I get the MF-108M Cluster-Flux?

I have a MF-104M, MF-103 and a CP-251. I'm considering selling/trading (for now) my phaser and CP-251 to get the Cluster-Flux. I'm still paying off the delay and can't afford to buy it straight up. Can the delay and phaser cover some of the same ground as the Cluster-Flux? I've noticed at extreme se...

Re: mf-104m delay out question

Mine does this as well, so I'm assuming it's normal. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm guessing it's because the signal continues to pass through the circuit when it's in spillover mode when bypassed. The only way for the delay to continue repeating after you press the footswitch is for the ...

Re: Midi controller advice for Moog MF-104M

Great. I do have an iPad and was considering getting an iO Dock or something similar. I was looking at Touch OSC, but Midi Designer looks pretty cool too. I guess I figured, if I'm buying a midi foot controller to control the iPad, why not just skip the iPad and use the midi foot controller?

Midi controller advice for Moog MF-104M

Hey guys, I'm very new to using midi to control effects. I'm wondering if I can use midi to create presets for the Moog delay. Instead of just being able to use midi as a way to control parameters real time, it would be much more useful for me to has a preset list with parameters that I've already s...
