Re: Model 15 and 953 triggering
Heyo! Got my 953 a couple days ago and I’m having the exact same issue as dingebre with my Model 15, how was this solved exactly? By calibrating the controller over and over until the calibration works? Also, did we ever decide what octave was the correct octave to hold down the D? Cheers! That's b...

Re: Model 15 and 953 triggering
Hi dingebre, What sort of response did you get from Moog and/or how did you resolve the issue? I'm having the same issue, and I'm pretty sure I followed the instructions to the letter in terms of setting the keyboard for the Model 15. Thanks, Stefan Update: I contacted Moog, and they recommended tha...

Model 15 and Mother-32
Hello, Prior to purchasing the Model 15, my only forays into modular were the semi-modular subtractive Korg MS-20 and the primarily Buchla-style MakeNoise 0-Coast, so please forgive me if there are obvious answers to these questions: Can the Mother-32 be used as a sequencer for the Model 15? And if ...

Re: Model 15 hum
Hi, I’ll try removing the back to confirm your observation in the next week or so when I get a chance. Regarding QC issues, I’ve also had a *very* minor issue: one of the small screws on the 904A was missing and another on the 921 was loose. Again, very minor, but it does call into question Moog’s m...

Re: Model 15 hum
Hi EMwhite, Really appreciate your help. I don't believe the 'hum' is coming through the VCA output-- it seems to be most noticeable in the area of the on/off switch. Is this where the PS is located within the cabinet? Or is the PS on the back where the power cord attaches? I should add that I have ...

Re: Model 15 at 115v??
Hi folks,
Are you still experiencing this hum issue apparently coming from the power supply? I've just powered on my Model 15 for the first time, and am experiencing the same issue. If you aren't experiencing it any more, how did you resolve it?
Thanks

Model 15 hum
Hello,
Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but I'm a first-time Moog modular owner. I've just turned on my Model 15 for the first time, and there's a very noticeable hum. Is this normal?
Thanks for any insight!
