I had the same problem at first. I dumped the original presets to MIDI OX, saved to my pc, and sent them back to the LP. The characters were garbled but the presets sounded the same. I went back to stock settings on the LP and tried again. After sending all presets again, I tried clicking "Clea...

...I was able to load the new presets but only over DIN. Is this normal? Joys of MIDI methinks. Oh well. I can claim success. I was not beaten by machine (today).

You must understand the confusion though based on the Moog Music description:
"Protect your investment when you're on the road. The LP Molded case is designed to meet ATA specifications."

So I am able to send sysex from phatty and save original presets (which I understand are stored in the deep memory) and reload them. I cannot replace the patches with the white ones. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Also, where can I find the original slim patches and or other ones to try? Thanks!!

So I am sorry if this has been covered (and I am sure it has), but how do I go about trying out the new patches? My concerns are 1- I would like to save the original patches 2- I am unemployed and cannot afford the editor ($69) The readme of the editor librarian seems to say I cannot save or upload ...

I have noticed this once too while using USB. I don't know if using another USB port or a hub might help. I have since just used DIN MIDI into my Babyface with no issues. Are you able to do this? I don't (unfortunately) know the ins and outs of Ableton, but use Sonar and could answer some questions ...

Very cool spot indeed. What is that vocal mic? It looks like a big EV Cardax 950.

And the notes on the video mention a "Cassette" release. Can you elaborate on this?

I agree with most of the posters here. I still buy vinyl (especially if it is a cool color or something). The free download thing makes so much sense too. Tons of people don't buy music anymore anyway. I would sell a record but offer free download. If someone at a show didn't want to buy a record, I...

I thought LP only had noise as a modulation source.
