when I bought my voyager RME, I was thinking about selling my Prodigy as well.

after the RME arrived and I played it for a while, I decided that the prodigy had a different sound. I decided to keep the Prodigy.

had to sell some other stuff instead.....

RME & Pitch Bends........

Is there any setting to make the pitch bend less "steppy" when using the RME? I understand it's probably a midi limitation but it's quite annoying and really noticable with faster/wider pitch bends.

is there a setting I missed somewhere?

why not embrace both worlds? I use hardware synths along with software synths. My live setup consists of many hardware analog synths running through a computer which also hosts many software synths and effects. I even patch in hardware effects. it's a complete modular setup and my routing possibilit...

Replace the battery: http://www.oldcrows.net/~oldcrow/synth/korg/polysix/ thanks! Isn't this a bit off-topic for this forum? maybe. I have read threads here where people discuss other synths besides moogs and it didn't seem to be a problem. there are obviously people here with knowledge about synth...

I agree about the resolution of some of the parameters of the P600. definitely "steppy" and that is quite annoying. This is probably my number one complaint about this synthesizer. Was the polysix pretty reliable? and are there any "known" issues that a person needs to watch out ...

Prophet 600 vs. Korg Polysix

just recently I purchased a P600 and so far I am enjoying it but I have always been curious about the Korg Polysix. I wanted a nice affordable & portable poly synth to go with my prodigy, voyager, and MS-20. I would like to hear from users that have or had both. things liked or disliked....blah ...

G-Media makes a software vst minimoog called "Minimonsta" and it IMO is the best vst Minimoog out. It has lots of other options (more filters, morphing, etc...) than all the others, and I also think it has the best sound. G-Media's Arp Oddity is also worth checking out. That is, you are in...

Saving a preset to a different bank

Hi guys, I just recieved my RME a couple of days ago and one of the things I would like to do it save all my own presets to bank 7. My only question is....how can I do this if I have manipulated a preset on another bank and want to save it on bank 7? Is this only possible with the SoundTower softwar...
