There are probably many solutions, but the first that comes to mind is the (unfortunately dis-continued) Multi-Pedal.

Mono input. It creates stereo by panning the bands.

I try to run my digital synths through Moogerfoogers whenever possible. I had 4 101s. Traded one for a Freqbox.
