Thanks for the kind words. It's been a fun project. I cringe when I think of the time and money spent. But, it does sound wonderful :)

Re: 907. Schematic ...faults ?

Yes...that’s the main source of schematic error / additions. However, the author specifies that a lot of these changes are assumptions and guess work as well some serious work he has put in. I have collected quite a few images of the interiors of 907 and 914 but working out what component is what i...

Re: Need help to save our Moog?

Salut Christophe! I would suggest Gerhard Mayrhofer at https://synth-werk.com/ He has a thriving business with Moog modular clone modules and systems as well as repair/restoration of vintage equipment. The best thing is he actually responds to email :) I have no affiliation with him other than I am ...

Re: Model 15 manual

Mark Glinsky has it. I bought a copy from him. Really nice guy. Mark Glinsky's Manual Manor http://markglinsky.com/ Scroll down for the line: Moog Modular System (15/35/55) ... RetroSynthAds also has the installation and operation manual for the models I, II, and III modulars. https://retrosynthads....

I LOVE my Minimoog Model D re-issue, Voyager, and RME!

The subject says it all. The last couple of weeks I've been able to spend some quality time with my Minimoog Model D re-issue, my Voyager Select, and Voyager RME. What absolutely amazing instruments (I'm not ignoring my Model 15, I just needed to re-connect with the Minis :) ). I finally updated the...

Re: Voyager RME transposed 21 semitones???

might be a long shot, but do you always use the power switch on the RME to power on/off? if you are using a powerbar instead, it might funk up the OS Interesting thought, thanks. I do use a powerbar, but I make it a habit to turn off individual components with their own power switch before powering...

Re: Model D reissue, Keyboard tuning error NOT working?

I thought I'd add the results of an experiment. Minimoog Model D re-issue, serial number #0170 Firmware version 1.8 I checked this with till's SysEx file (thank you till). The request returned: F0 7E 7F 06 02 04 00 15 00 01 00 00 08 01 F7 So, version 1.8 First, I went through and tried some of the &...

I give up...

I turned it all on tonight and it's fine. The magic Moog fairies took pity on me and fixed it all I guess. I'm not complaining.

Re: Moog 1130 Stand

Thought I'd add a couple of photos of the bracket I found on ebay to hold the 1130. Quite a nice setup. Now, I need a second 1130 to balance the stand :)

Voyager RME transposed 21 semitones???

**UPDATE - 7-28-2020 I left them both off while I wrote the original post and when I turned them on, the RME was only 4 semitones high, seriously???? Anyone got an idea? **END UPDATE I was playing with my Voyager keyboard and RME in a duophonic setup and it was all working nicely. For reasons not re...

Re: Post your latest purchase!!

An 1130 Drum controller. This was and is in amazing condition. One wire to a pot needed re-soldering. The skin is still in excellent shape. 2020-07-17 21.19.17_resize.jpg This is an 1150 ribbon controller I restored from two. I made a custom two piece aluminum panel to replace the horrible plastic o...

Re: S-trig to1/4 cable issue!

Here's a little primer on triggers I posted to another thread. I hope it helps. First, some information on triggers/gates. A trigger is a fixed width, very short duration pulse meant to initiate an action but not be continuous. A gate is a variable duration pulse meant to initiate an action, but als...
