quick question about aftertouch
hi all, just thinking about ordering a reissue after much toing and froing! i will mostly be playing it via my akai ewi wind controller. with my sub 37 i output cc19 from the breath pressure which controls the filter and makes the sub super expressive. i'm thinking the way i could emulate this with ...

Re: Fab service
So glad you got good service. I had a more nuanced experience. My first sub 37 had lots of glitches but a couple of emails to andy resulted in it being swapped for a solid replacement with no fuss. About 10 months in several of the pots started wobbling. Took ages to get a response which took me out...

Re: Sub37 filter cutoff knob issue
andy is pretty hard to contact these days. not sure why, he used to be really fast. I gave up trying to get answers about wobbly pots on my sub 37 in the end. decided i'd just live with it and hope they don't get any worse....

Re: Manually sync Sub37 arp?
wonderful - i've been stuggling with this myself and had no idea there was a setting. I'm working on a piece with more than one synth playing live sequences and getting my sub to start at exactly the right time was taxing me

Re: Loose knobs on Sub 37
hi steve, had mine just over a year and suddenly the pots went squelchy and wobbly about 2 months ago. have been reaching out to andy at moog for months but other than him suggesting i take it to the UK service centre I can't get any answer as to whether they would consider this something that needs...

Re: shout out to andy at moogmusic
hi m10k - i'm in the uk so have been trying electronically, but i think a phone call may be the only way. it's weird, when i signed up for the beta program, amos got my mail ok. my first sub was totally faulty and andy got all my mail and sorted that out really efficiently. just don't get why he's t...

Re: shout out to andy at moogmusic
hi andy, i didn't really want to do this on the forum but it seems to be the only place we can communicate! you kindly replied that my squelchy / wobbly pots were not correct and should be looked at by HHB, but i wanted to find out if this would be covered under warranty. the problem appeared while ...

Re: shout out to andy at moogmusic
hi andy, i've tried replying via the PM system but the messages seem to be stuck in the outbox. I'm obviously doing something wrong. Please could you check your spam filter for me again - i don't really want to advertise my email addresses in full on here for obvious reasons... thanks si
