Oh man, if I didn't live in Australia, I'd definitely consider getting this done... The sounds are so much more expanded...

I'd also ask for my free CP-251 from last year, which is yet to arrive...

The motif used in On The Run can't be made with an arpeggiator alone, you will most likely need a sequencer for it. (although Jordan Rudess can play it with his hands) There's a video on youtube where an LP is being used to play On The Run. The guy in the vid is using Ableton Live to sequence the Ph...

A sequencer requires you to feed the notes in manually before hand, and then it will play them back to you as you played them in (or quantized/lined up on the beats). Long, complex, fast unplayable parts are often sequenced in electronic live music. An arpeggiator is a function on most synthesizers ...

I got the Moog editor for free when I got my LP. I don't really use it a great deal. But it acts quite well as a library for presets. You can file and organize them as you see fit. If you don't want to pay though, SysEx Librarian works just as well. The only major thing that the Moog editor can do o...

I'd want a rackmount version which has the exact same sound engine as the original LP. With the same knob/button features that are on the LP. And then of course I'd like to be able to plug in the LP through midi, and let her rip with polyphonic beauty. If you layer recordings of the LP's notes into ...

My LP gig bag is a fairly shoddy design as well. The zippers broke the first time I used it, they're still quite fragile now... and the clips and the end of the shoulder straps stretch under the weight and become quite useles..

Stealing something does NOT make anything anymore awesome....
Maybe stealing a Moog Voyager doesn't make it more awesome! But definitely stealing a Moog roadsign, that's awesome.

No usually not, they are in the same MIDI chain so if there is any need for duophonic action it's just a matter of changing the MIDI channel. :) You've definitely got to give it a try and post a video for us. I borrowed a mate's digital delay pedal once, and had it turned up so that it was essentia...

Spam Preventing Suggestion

I'm not sure if this is possible or not, but I suggest that the moderator set up some kind of blocker which only allows new members to create a thread after having left a set number of replies on other threads. This could effectively remove spam from the forum, seeing that spammers tend to only have...
