Re: Taurus 3 firmware update v1.2 - now with new features!
Hi Amos, Thanks for the update, I will try it right away! Will this new version include the Velocity Off value to Decay parameter? That would make the pedals truly expressive. Cheers :P No, I did not have time to add this. Sorry! Oh, its such a shame that even though the pedals have a Note Off Velo...

Re: Android version
Yes, it is true that Andoid lacks the capability of audio that iOS has. Fortunately, there is a post at google where audio developers are pleading for a more robust audio engine within the droid. You can check it out (and hopefully star it) here: http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=3434

@Mr Arkadin Did you try a Factory Restore? It worked for me.
You'll have to backup your presets before because it erases all of them

Re: Dropped and stuck notes even with new firmware
Well, I was able to install the USB update and now it shows 34, even though the firmware keeps being on 672. Afterwards, I began to send MIDI Clock and Active Sense right away from my MC50mkII, in a setup where the phatty only uses the MIDI jacks and no USB. Actually both outputs are configured to b...

Re: Dropped and stuck notes even with new firmware
Hi Amos,
Thanks for the update. I followed the instructions on the text file attached, but the SP doesn't seem to react at all. Should I do something on the Phatty itself before sending the firmware?

Re: Dropped and stuck notes even with new firmware
Big news, I have a fix for this now! 100% fixed when using MicroKorg as controller; I don't have some of the other hardware to test but in theory most/all similar issues causing stuck notes are also fixed. This is great, can't wait for the new release! :D I was able to fix the problem since I stopp...

Re: Taurus 3 firmware update v1.2 - now with new features!
@Amos, thanks, I was able to fix it! I still have some doubts. I have been able to change the Filter and Volume sensitivity in several patches, however, it only seems to work after you save the patch. Is this the expected behaviour? Regarding MIDI, I've been trying to use the MIDI Out jack as a MIDI...

Re: Taurus 3 firmware update v1.2 - now with new features!
I have tried to use the MIDI filter, but when you get to that menu the characters are unreadable and since, I haven't been able to use it. The MIDI Merge function seems to work, but some of the messages don't seem to pass thru. Is anyone else able to reproduce these problems? Other than that, I trie...

Re: Hey, can anyone test this new MP201 firmware?
Are we still on time to ask for new features for the upcoming OS? I am using the MP201 to trigger a Boss HC-2 and I'd love to be able to send velocity info along with the MIDI notes coming from my sequencer. From what I read in the manual this can't be done: "If MIDINOTE OUT is enabled, the cha...

Re: MP-201 and Ableton Live?
I've been trying to use the MP201 in Ableton Live, and it shows up fine on Mac, but not in Windows. It actually recognizes the hardware, and it shows up on the device manager as USB Audio Device, but there are no new MIDI ports in the system. I haven't changed anything in the Utilities menu, anyone ...

Re: MP-201 Software Editor
It would be lovely to have a software editor, like Native Instruments' freeware Controller Editor.
Hopefully released as software libre (GPL) which would give it an extra value too!

Re: midify theremin Etherwave Plus or Ash in midi
From the reviews I've read, the Sonuus device has quite a lot of latency, making it useless for any serious player.
I would second SteveD, this might have already been built on Max/MSP. Other pieces of software might as well do this, like Reaktor, pd and Bidule.
cheers,
