Hi! I got some VA's, and i would recommend the NL3. or an used Waldorf. My Favourite is the Microwave (which is NOT a VA). The Nordlead got one of the best Interfaces i ever saw... To decide between Machinedrum and the Jomox XBase09 or 999 is very easy! Take both! This is the same like comparing the...

Well, i thought we talk about hardware... anyhow, when it comes to software i have also something to say... 8) I also used Steinberg's Cubase since years and i am now on the latest version. But i don't like as much anymore, don't know why. Maybe the look, maybe the way it works, but for recording an...

Ahh, Sequencers! Maybe Sequencers are my favourite Toys! First at all, i would make a diffrence between analog CV/Gate Sequencer and Midi-only Sequencers. Well, good that the voyager understand both languages. CV/Gate Sequencers i use: Doepfer MAQ 16/3 and Schaltwerk (Schaltwerk more for Drums etc.....

Mhm, this seems a bit unfair to me. Ok, i want the V3 update either when it is available for field upgrades. But i amsure, that there are quiet a lot of Voyagers which do not want this Hardware-bounded upgrade and pay for just because of increasing the presets, but waited for the octave up/down and ...

Hi, I have two diffrent sets of speakers. One is a pair of Genelic 1029A combined with the Subwoofer 1091A, which is powerfull and very clear, but handsome, because the speakers are very small. The other set, which i use mainly, is a pair of ADAM P11-A. All i can say is wow! I know, they are not ver...

Isn't OS 2.6 only for the Voyager RME? Can they really have 7 banks of 128 presets for the reqular ole' Voyagers? Why not? If there is enough space... This was into discusion a while back, and the developers mentioned, that, if everything else important is done, they will have a look how much space...

The NL isn't a bad choice at all! At least, it only depence of the music you want to make, that's how we all make the choice of our instrruments. The NL is always easy to mix inside a production, because it is somehow transparent.... I know, we people here in the forum are almost analog - fans, but ...

So, what's about the handmade chassis. I compared mine SE to some "normal" Voyagers, and the wooden pieces feel and look a diffrent in details. That's the most imporatant thing to me, and not the signature. Also the certificate from moog is worth something. But to be honest, the time i dec...

Well, if the music is good, it doesn't matter if u use nalaog or digital synth. Both got good sounds and it is hard to tell in most mixes what kind of synth was used to perform. But don't forget the the fun and the diffrent when you produce the music. For me at least, it makes a big diffrent if i pl...
