modulation and tap tempo is something a lot of other companies have been doing w/ delays and moog could definately update the analog delay w/ some of this stuff. has anyone checked out that malekko 919 analog delay...it's not out yet but the specs look dope and it's supposedly going to be under 3hun...

midi control, cv control, whats the difference? moog isnt releasing digital stuff, just more options for its analog products. for me the choice is simple: you want a synth w/o midi or any sort of digital control go out and get an ARP odysey or something....they're great boards! I owned one for a tim...

Bass amps are the way to go. I have a Fender BXR rackmount head that I plug into a bag end 15in cab. It works fantastically well. I have tried my LP and voyager with regular keyboard amps but the subs never get through the way they do when you plug them into a good bass system. I don't know if this ...

Arpeggiator for the Voyager??
Anyone know if, like the LP software update, there will eventually be a software update for the voyager that has an arpeggiator?

i think the portamento on the mothership is really going to be the key to getting a true synth-style sound out of the guitar. personally i love the freqbox but to me it sounds more like a really wicked, insane fuzz than a synth. Anyway, cant wait for the mothership....hopefully it's not as expensive...

freqbox vs. mothership
Anyone heard anything about this pigtronix mothership guitar synth? Apparently its something like the freqbox...vco that tracks pitch...looks like they added portamento to it though and also some sort of "intelligent" ring modulator that also tracks pitch. Sounds pretty cool in the demos o...
