Re: Minitaur LFO sync to Ableton
Hi All! I believe the problem Szynkazmaslem is encountering here could be due to the MIDI settings in Ableton. In the screenshot of the MIDI preferences in Ableton, I see that SYNC for "Output: Minitaur" is turned OFF. Try turning this ON to see if this resolves the sync issue. All of your...

Hi Sub Guy,
Did you save the preset you were working on? Velocity sensitivity in particular is stored per preset, so if the preset was not saved, neither were you changes. Hope this helps!

Re: Minitaur Problems by change Glidetype / Legato
The highest note the Minitaur can play is C5, are you trying to slide above that? I would also recommend running a note calibration from the editor.

Re: Voyager Oscillator 2 + 3 Frequency Tuning
This is to allow for some wiggle room on the high end. Properly calibrated, it should sit right around 123 in tune with oscillator 1.
The Sub line has an automatic note calibration process, so there is no need for any extra range as you could always run the note calibration if it's out of tune.

SQ-1 is rock-solid and affordable. Arturia's controllers can be a bit buggy in my experience.

Re: Sub 37 MIDI ISSUE (muting slave module)
Hi Scott,
In the MIDI menu of your Sub 37, check the settings in the Out Filters. You can filter out the MIDI signal for knob turns, pitch and mod wheel, or keyboard if you so choose.

Re: New to hardware synths/firmware issue
Sounds like the Minitaur is in boot loader mode. Try resending the firmware from C6. It is a very simple sysex handler and there's no need to mess with buffer size or speed.

I would check to make sure that your MIDI output and input are set to different channels to mitigate any MIDI feedback. Turning local control on and off could get annoying

Re: Mother 32 Sequencer / Sub 37 Sequencer Question
Hello Pastoral,
This can only be done via CV as the CV inputs on the Sub 37 are arbitrary and can be changed to clock the internal arp rate, turn the arp on, etc. This can be done in the Global menu under CV Mapping.
