Re: wood panel on the top left hand side not sitting flush

Hi Andy, I received my rubber insert to fill the gap. Any chance you could post a set of install instructions? It might save you a bunch of phone time and keep me from effin' it up :) I think the it would be a very good idea also for solving the other problems. The best would be via short videos :D

Re: Sub 37 - Cutoff wigging out around 320Hz

Hi Markus, please, do contribute to the "SN Sub37" thread, in order to collect the maximum of info about sub 37 issues. It'd be very interesting to know your serial number and manufacturing date....

Re: Sub 37, SN, owner, location list

Hi Bill.bensen
in your sub 37 the problem was present from the beginning!!
This means a bad testing in the factory!!
I'm increasingly perplexed!
Moreover, why does not the problem occur on the sub phatty? The filter should be the same!

Re: S37 - Ladder Filter Collapsing!

Do someone has information if the problem is connected to a serial number range?
I sent an email to Andy Hughes one week ago but no answer till now.......

Re: Filter Knob problem (SUB 37)

Please, partecipate to the GregVDS post inserting your data (SN, Owner, Location list....).
I think it's a good way to track failures and problems and to have a more clear picture about the product.

I think it's possible if the main electronic circuit comes already assembled. I think the factory is carried out the assembly and testing.

Re: S37 - Ladder Filter Collapsing!

Great support from MOOG.
Only one think: why modifying the circuit if the problem is due to pot fail?
Knowing this would make me happier :o
Anyway, enjoy the music! :P

Re: S37 - Ladder Filter Collapsing!

This is a big deal in my opinion. It would be like driving a new car knowing that the steering is defective. I think MOOG should express an official position regarding this issue in order to respect customers who have invested in their product. I purchased my sub 37 two months ago and I demand that ...

Re: S37 - Ladder Filter Collapsing!

Yes it's been a problem for a lot of users including me. I spoke with Andy from Moog and he said they have now re-visited the entire circuit board for that part to be replaced with a new one which he is sure will eliminate the problem for good. Given that it's a problem they're aware of, I can't im...
