Re: Minitaur Editor - Hardware Disconnected

Well, the issue seems to be solved.

I installed all the updates of Windows and downgraded the firmware to the version 2.1.2
Hope this helps for other users.

But all this driver/firmware/editor thing, was nuts to get it working, I hope to not find future issues, working by now.

Best.

Re: Minitaur Editor - Hardware Disconnected

The latest version has been extensively tested and this error was corrected. Please make sure you completely uninstall any previous version before uninstalling the new one Hey Bichuelo (parce) we've interacted a couple of times in different forums, but I still find problems. I've reinstalled my OS,...

Re: ATTN: experienced DAW and MIDI users! Sub37 sequencer

I was looking for this info in internet and found this old thread.

Are you serious that you can't trigger the ARP/Sequencer with MIDI from the DAW? it was an obvious function for me... I hope to be wrong.
Can anyone confirm this? thank you.

Re: The new driver/firmware

Mine works OK with the older firmware version on the site. There are some new features in the new firmware/editor that I've been looking forward to being able to use since I bought the Minitaur last year. Seems like it's been a long time coming though. Good thing this little unit sounds so good, or...

I don't find that must be usual with ANY device. The minitaur specially has all these issues together.
It's time for Moog to finally do a good and final update for this little synth.

Re: Who makes the Software Editor for the Minitaur?

Themselve. Amos said that they intended to delegate the work to a third party company, but not sure if they finally did it. Until I know is a develop of Moog Inc. As i've said in the other thread: after more than 2 years I can't believe that we are so many users having troubles with the Minitaur edi...

after more than 2 years I can't believe that we are so many users having troubles with the Minitaur editor/driver and they didn't solved it yet.
But don't worry they continue launching new products and more and more.

I'm not sure if I have the same, but many times I hear a detuned oscilator without touching it.

How do you run the SySex calibration mate?

thanks

Re: Does the editor work with Win 7?

Thanks mate,
this is the first working solution that I've found ever. Even after a big amount of emails with Amos I've got this.

OK, I will be using this solution until the proper editor is out (I hope soon, because I'm waiting since 1 and 1/2 years for it)

thanks again
best.

Re: Minitaur Editor - Hardware Disconnected

Hello, I still can't believe that there is not a final solution to read and apply. I'm SOOO dissapointed with Moog, you are not newbies, I've always preached Moog as one of the best brands for hardware synths, but with this scenario you are discounting miles. SO MANY months to resolve a driver issue...
