I have this issue on 1.0.2 on a couple of the patches I made. When I change patches, the note hangs, no controls work, and it has to be restarted. It seems to happen on patches where the amp envelope latch is on. If I turn off the latch before changing the patch, the problem doesn't happen.

I should have also mentioned that I, too, lowered the transfer rate when doing my successful update (75%).

I have successfully updated using SysEx Librarian and DemonDan's settings.

I have that cover for my Sub 37. It is a bit tight. I found that by first hooking onto the back corners, and then stretching it forward, worked better than going side-to-side. The light show's rate is dictated by the Arpeggiator's RATE knob. Yeah I saw that...I was just curious about having the rate change over time...so that, for instance, during a set break the lights could start off slow, and speed up as the next set approached.
