Re: MIDI sync demo

I should add the foogers are tempo synced from the DAW too. So for example the flange feedback sweep near the end is in time with the sequence and I can control the speed of that sweep in divisions of the tempo.

MIDI sync demo

I did a quick hand held phone video showing a success lol .. Routing Keyboard -> DAW -> Cthulu Arp -> DAW clock out -> MIDI In M32 -> KB Out -> Clock Divider/Multiplier on the MU. DAW is also controlling an Arturia Spark to demonstrate tempo sync between the DAW, the M32 and the clock divider on my ...

Re: 2 Mothers 2 Separate Outs into Audio Interface?

There is an output called VCA (top right patch point). This is an audio out taken at the VCA. You can patch that into the External Audio In (top left patch point). Now both signals are flowing through the 2nd M32. Keep in mind that the 1st signal will be modified by all the settings of the complete ...

Re: Any Mother-32 Questions?

I don't know if this is related, but from what I've been able to figure out, you have to have the sequencer running to get the KB out to send the clock. I wanted to use an arpeggiator in Cubase to drive the M32 but send the clock out to another modular setup. What I've done so far is make a 1 step s...

Re: analogue step sequencer

The q119 is awesome (value) but has zero gate on/off/skip capability so you'll need a trigger sequencer also This is only partially correct ... it doesn't have a gate on/off/skip per step . It has a gate per row and global gate as well as a global on/off with a couple of modes. So yes, it works bes...

Re: Fooger MIDI daisy chaining?

Thanks for all the replies. Funny that I've not had to deal with devices that don't at least have an OUT/THRU option after all these years.

Fooger MIDI daisy chaining?

Probably a face palm stupid question that will seem obvious when I see the answer ... The Foogers all have MIDI IN only. How are you setting up multiple Foogers with MIDI control? It's easy to set the separate channels. But, I don't see how to chain them together? You aren't using that many MIDI Out...

Re: analogue step sequencer

the 119 looks great tho i prefer the layout of the 960, only problem is its just 8 steps, and I think ill need 3 sets of 16, much like the maq or the oberkorn mk3, i prefer the look of the oberkorn and the fact there isnt a digi display, the sam is perfect but 2k is just tooo much, think i might ha...

Re: VX-351 CV Expander background noise

Sorry for the bump, but I just got the 351/251 combo installed. I don't get a hummmmm, I get a quiet but annoying high pitched Squeeeeeel. The high pitched noise is the 251? I'm not sure how I would get the wall wart plugged into it from the rackmount.
