Re: Electro harmonix tube pedals....
if you can find a good used price, go for it. they're great pedals. they do have those huge wall wart adapters due to their power needs, but they're awesome pedals. plus you can play with the tube configuration & get different colorations of the sound.

New song with Moog all over it.
This is the pretty close to final mix of my band's new song. It's a live in the studio take....will be accompanied by a video, so this is the audio for it. We did a live in the studio type video thing. Moogerfoogers all over my guitar....and I used an E1. The main guitar "riff" is mine.......

Yep....the delay chips are becoming nearly impossible to source.
I am very confident though that they'll release another delay eventually.

Re: New Moog guitar owner--advice?
Just experiment really....its hard to tell you things you can do when you haven't touched it yet. i'm not sure if you've played guitar before (seems many E1 owners are keyboard players who buy an E1 as their first guitar)....but out of the box it will probably need to be set up a bit (bridge needs t...

I dont mean to be rude....but what gives?

Re: Strings for the Moog

Re: UK Moog Guitarists / Luthiers
is this your first guitar? Guitars are somewhat simple to set up, no matter what brand....they all work the same. You adjust the neck relief to make sure the neck is straight with no fret buzz...you adjust the saddle height so that it is optimal for you. Saddle height & neck relief work in harmo...

Re: Multi-Moogerfooger power supply
It doesn't really....but it needs more than 100mA....most power supplies like the PP2+ and Cioks DC10 have half the outputs only pushing 100mA....so you need to combine a couple to get what you need.
MoogerFoogers pull between 200-300mA

Re: Multi-Moogerfooger power supply
a Y cable is usually used to combine mA from 2 outlets......so if one outlet is 9V 100mA & the other is 9V 100mA, you can use a Y cable to get 9V 200mA.
