Re: MG1 lower octave mod?

Ive seen some MG1s that have been modded to go down an extra octave lower on osc 1. Does anyone know how that is done? Thanks I know I've controlled my MG-1 with a voyager and played way lower than the MG-1 keyboard would allow, so the internal oscillators will go lower than the MG-1 internal keybo...

Re: Bypass light on MF-104M

Step on it and hold for a couple seconds. It will go back to green when on and red when bypassed.

Re: heavy Fuzz

Yeah, it seems to me you could make an awesome FM fuzz with the freqbox. That would be the best trick. Other than that, you'll just have the world's most expensive overdrive if you gang a bunch of moogerfoogers together.

Re: CP-251 S&H and Lag not working

It sounds like there's still something disconnected. However, if you've already opened it and found there's nothing disconnected, it's possible the previous owner fried something on the lag processor circuit. Probably a cheap part inside, but it'll cost some money to diagnose and send back to moog.

Re: Future owner... current bugs/malfunctioning? Help me!

I had a moog voyager anniversary edition that I bought used on fleabay a few years back. It had zero problems when I got it. Over the course of a couple years, one of the wheels came loose. It was easy to fix it myself, I just unscrewed the cover over the wheels, lifted it off, and tightened the whe...

Re: Voyager Envelope Repeat via CP 251?

I think I used to make more of an effort to learn about the internal settings of the voyager when I had a Voyager anniversary edition. Now that I got my XL, I try to patch things with cables first and then start digging around for menus. I think I unlearned a lot of things switching from a Voyager t...

Re: Voyager Envelope Repeat via CP 251?

That might have fallen under the category of dumb questions. I should really spend more time with my voyager.

Re: Voyager Envelope Repeat via CP 251?

Is there a way to have an lfo re trigger the gate(s) and synch it to a key press? So the lfo resets with a key press.

Re: New MF-104M firmware to test (aug 2014)

Can you tell us if the SD firmware defaults the bright/dark filter simarly on both units? It seems my 104m defaults to bright all te time, while my 104mSD defaults to dark all the time.

Thanks! By the way.... 8)

Is this only for the MF-104m? NOT the 104M-SD?

Re: Moog MF-103 Phaser not powering up!

I always run my amp and effects off the same power strip. Always have, and I've never had a pedal get blown up doing so. I'm not eve sure what that would do to break anything. As for the fooger, you probably only damaged the power supply input section. A decent tech should be able to fix it. From th...

Re: Moog MF-103 Phaser not powering up!

Do you have any way of checking to see if the generic power adaptor still works? Those things usually have a fuse inside the transformer, and once it goes - it's gone. That's better than your fooger blowing out. Hopefully that's the case.
