don't know a lot about the freq shifters, but they look interesting!

so they use a sinewave?

maybe this new pedal is an FS with a selectable waveshape VCO (not just sinewave) that you can use as a normal VCO or drive the FS or both!

i don't know i still think there is an unlimited amount of crazy sounds out there, and that you can make them with lots of different things, it's just way more fun doing it on moog gear as it's designed specifically for sonic exploration rather than recreation i'm not a guitarist and i love the idea...

i love it how they tease us like this! i think i'm happy enough with my LP to not go completely insane right now and sell everything i own (except my moog gear) in anticipation. but who knows, that could change on thurs exciting stuff, i didn't think they'd release something so soon after the LP may...

i'd say the mf 101 would definitely have an advantage being new, as far as a "which one to get" talk goes it's self contained and isn't gonna die on you anytime soon no idea what the difference in sound would be like (the only moog filter i've used is in the LP, they really are that much b...

MoogSpace?

sounds awesome!

i hope it doesn't run off the myspace website

do you think it'll just be the moog forum with a heafty injection of Moog brand steriods (gotta get me some of those, turns all your audio imagination sectors of the psyche into high precision moog circuts!)

269 yeah, i'll hold onto it. i think i was just going a bit crazy over every little detail. i prefer the LP keyboard to the DX7 (which is awesome cause the dx7 was my fav b4) it has such a nice feel, indeed it is similar. i love the pitch mod wheels! never really used them before on my synths (actua...

ok we've talked a bit about polyphony what about other things like number of VCOs per voice, number of keys etc? i think 2 VCOs is enough for a poly, maybe they could go somewhere between the specs of the LP and voyager? they'd need 2 mod busses, but not as many ins and outs just filter, volume, pit...

i'd prefer a new design myself i mean it would have been cool if they just made the LP in the shape a source but the new design is so much cooler IMO also the voyager looks awesome! it looks a lot like the mini but has its own charater a new poly would be such a big product it would have tto have so...

foogers with LP knobs

what ever the next fooger is they should do this for it. imagine a normal moogerfooger that uses the LP knobs (with the ring of LEDs) for each of its four performance parameters. the LED indicates the value of the parameter in respect to the knob position and whatever CV signal is driving that value...

or maybe it could have individual outs for each voice! that would be so fun! :) would be so cool to have a polyphonic moog! i can imagine a new self-contained polyphonic moog would look absolutely amazing! before i got the LP i didn't think i'd even get one if they released one (it would just be so ...

yeah i like the poly expander idea (hope they make one for the phatty!) i think 3 is a good number of voices to add, that way they could build them as small racks, and you choose your polyphony for your voyager/LP depending on how many expanders you buy for a more modest budget you could just get 1 ...

don't get me wrong they all make sense and are good options for a poll like this, i just meant it's a bit unfair on the flanger or fuzz to be forced to try to compete with a fully functional guitar synth. imagine a "best effects unit" poll where 4 boss pedals had to compete with a fooger. ...
