Re: New to Voyager - and a lot of questions
I've got #326. It has the upgrade and the filter glide mod. Really need to do the aftertouch mod, too.

Re: New to Voyager - and a lot of questions
Some pots are dirty and causing the parameter floating. Turn each knob fully a dozen times to try and clean up the scratchiness. Your Signature may have the early digital board and only have one bank of sounds. This requires an upgrade to get the a-g banks. 5 minutes warmup if there is no breeze on ...

Re: Memorymoog or Prophet 12
Having had a MemoryMoog back when they were cheap as chips, I can say without a doubt the prophet. Even when they weren't vintage they were more than problematic.

Re: looking for a Psionic Soundworks Walking Stick
He is a neighbor of mine. There is a plan to make a new one. I understand it to be somewhere between the old walking stick and an Appendage. ( I have the last of the original v2 walking sticks. It is NOT going anywhere! )

Re: MIDI-noob. What's the basics with a Voyager?
The Voyager DOES transpose MIDI info. (Incoming and outgoing.Master function 4.1) It is in the menus. I have to bump it up 24 semitons with my MAQ 16/3 .

Re: Voyager Editor
You can save patches or entire banks without the use of an editor. Use MidiOx to recieve and send the sysex to/from your computer.

Re: enveloped in envelopes
It is an AD envelope or generator depending on the synth. AR is another common form. Both run the full cycle from a trigger event and do not rely on gate events.

Re: Voyager tuning: OSC1 range not sufficient
Scaling on most osc is a back and forth affair, not a turn a pot once to range. Play the initial note and tune it with tuning pot. Play the ocatves above and adjust scaling pot in the direction needed. Go back to initial note and readjust tuning with tuning pot. Play the octaves above and turn scali...

Re: New product to replace LP?
I had my Foogers for quite some time before I ever thought to plug a guitar into them. To my ears, they actually work better with guitar than my modular or Voyager. Especially the phaser.

Re: Monitors for Voyager. Small & expensive or large & cheap
A pair of inexpensive near field monitors with 5 or 6 inch woofers and a subwoofer is a good inexpensive way to do it and stay small.

Re: How to make zero to three delays with the turn of a knob
1 pedal. Into mix. Set feedback to what ever delay you want. Use pedal to go from dry to wet. 0 or (x)# of delays. Now if you want 0 and 1 and 3 delay repeats, it will get more complicated. You will need to set pedal with attenuator for 1 to 3 delay repeats with full scale and also stomp on the bypa...

Re: Voyager Editor
Program from the synth. Save and load with Midi-ox. Soundtower is bleep and Moog doesn't care. No one else is bothering to do the work to create an editor/librarian. It isn't like the golden era when there were many companies competing for the market.

Re: Cp 251 lfo rate re trig
There is no reset to the cp lfo. (I use a Megaohm LFO2 for that feature.) I really wish there was a reset input on he phasor to sync it to a beat.
