Does anyone have a chart of CC values (not numbers) for exact parameters? I know the CC values for the waveforms were listed on here before. Exact tri, saw, and square. How about the CC values for 100% keyboard tracking on filter cutoff (I would guess 63 or 64)? With being able to have the arp run i...

Unfortunately, volume level is not saved as part of a preset. It could be bad in a lot of cases if it was.

For performance I plan on using a MIDI foot controller to send a preset number along with a CC for volume that way I can have volume normalized patches.

CC 33 is the LSB (least significant bit) transmitted by the Mod wheel. If you are recording 7-bit (low resolution) MIDI this can be ignored. If you want 14-bit high resolution MIDI messages you need both CC1 carries the MSB and CC33 the LSB. I am a MIDI noob so this may not be etirely accurate. The ...

Nice compliation I wonder how much head room there is in the memory of the stage I, II, and upgraded tributes. If a memory upgrade (or any hardware upgrade) will be needed to be compatible with a stage III, I'd wait to get the CV out mod to get it all done at once. A trip to the local fortune teller...

Use the mixer section From the 251 manual FOUR-INPUT MIXER A MIXER combines, or adds together, two or more signals. Your CP251's Four-Input Mixer has four input jacks, labeled 1 through 4. Inputs 1 and 2 have input attenuator knobs, while inputs 3 and 4 are mixed in without attenuation. The OFFSET k...

Mod Bus CV output is past the mod wheel and amount controls, so you have realtime performance control of the modulation. I've used it to allow the LP to be a CV controller keyboard for my Future Retro XS, complete with mod wheel, and it works quite nicely. But seriously, Amos how do you deal with t...

I think all of these can be implemented in software if there is room. As previously stated, be able to transpose the octave one step lower. LFO retrigger when a note is played with phase shift if possible manual retrigger LFO button (press and hold amount button till blinking, then tap to retrigger)...

I have a stage 1. So, I do not speak from experience. If you don't mind sending your synth in and paying for the hardware upgrade/ noise fix, I think the tribute is the way to go. Amos did give more details at one point, but my memory is failing me at the moment. I think he said, The RAC (real analo...

I agree, makes me want one. It makes me wonder though, if DSI can cram four analog voices into a box that small, can't Moog do four times that with a box the size of a Voyager? Probably not. DSI probably uses one chip for each voice, and that's how they get it into such a tiny enclosure. Each chip ...

Ideally, it would autotune like the Little Phatty. I'm not too sure how it works, but the LP lets you choose how it autotunes. Default is 60, whatever that means, but you can choose the parameters to what you want it to tune to. In the latest OS, anyway. 60 is the MIDI note number for middle C to w...
