Re: Anyone else ever come to the slow realization...

Sorry I didn't know much about the EHX #1 Echo. But having looked at the specs, and viewed and listened to demos, I can tell that is uses a variable length memory buffer size for different delay times, instead of varying the sampling rate. So you shouldn't be able to hear aliasing at any delay time...

Re: Anyone else ever come to the slow realization...

Yeah Voltor, most BBD delays include some sort of filtering to remove/eliminate clocking artifacts, but some filter a little less than others, at the price of some "aliasing" on long delay times (EHX Deluxe Memory Man for example). The #1 Echo is digital. It acts like an analog delay, but it's 100%...

Thanks! This and my Bass Cannon demo are the two videos I am most proud of from a musical standpoint. :)

I don't do covers for one reason...I can't. I can do soundscapes...it's why I bought my first synths. My greatest influence has been Animusic.

Re: What makes a good YouTube video?

Hi Voltor, glad you asked. I was looking at your latest vid yesterday and realized i missed direct audio the most. Your otherwise nice demo was let down by background noise and the sound of you banging the keys, in my opinion. Additionally what for me elevates videos over plain audio demos is the f...

Re: What makes a good YouTube video?

get creative with some house lamps.. In your last video you have the window open so that lets in light, but its overall light, and it saturates the image. The sub37 is dark so it makes the camera confused as far as clarity of it, and what it should be seeing and or focusing on. A lamp behind the su...

synthesis4all, I have seen that video. :D Sadly, I lack a lot of lighting. I'm just glad I have an HD camera with decent microphone.
