Can anyone direct me to a database that can tell me when the date of manufacture was for my Electric Blue Select Series?
Thanks,

Thank you!DonutDude wrote:I use synthesizer.com cables. They are multi-colored based on length with many lengths available and very reasonably priced. You can find them at http://www.synthesizers.com

Patch Cables
Typically for all of my instrument needs I use Mogami. However, I don't know if I need to go to that expense for all of my patch cables to be used between the Voyager and peripherals. In this context, does going the extra mile for quality pay off in the end? What do you use? Multi-color would be nic...

Re: LFO Rate Operation
Have you tried adjusting the Mod Wheel Amount control on the patches that don't seem to respond? Yep. That did it. I had the Mod Wheel on zero. Duh. That cured about 99% of the patches that did respond. They're a couple that I really can't tell if anything is happening since they're kind of bizarre...

Re: Important Question About VX-351
Hi, here is an angle view of the output adapter in place...I had pictures of that "journey"...sorry. Ah ha! Wow……What?? So the new adapter is shown on top? It looks like another one on the bottom side. Was the bottom one already there? Just exactly WHAT does the adapter do? Alter voltage?...

Re: Voyager Knobs
Hi, New Voyager or used one ? I read once that if you turn them back and forth a lot it will help... perhaps waking up the new ones or cleaning up the used ones ? Brand new out of the box yesterday. It's almost like a the Pot shaft is coming in contact with the control panel hole. Or, the knob is c...

LFO Rate Operation
For whatever reason, I cannot get the LFO Rate knob to make any kind of affect/difference. The blue plus light does change speed but that's all. The manual isn't much help here. And the LFO SYNC is set to OFF/SYNC. Frustrating day so far. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. EDIT: I noticed tha...

Re: VX-351 Installation
Sorry I wasn't clear Scott. The adapter goes between the cable and the connector it's connected to on the main board. So: 1) remove cable from main board connector 2) insert adapter into main board connector 3) insert cable into adapter. I'll get a picture up today if you need it. Sunday is my &quo...

Re: VX-351 Installation
Form what I can tell, is your removing the ribbon cable from one port and moving it to another (P1) which takes the new adapter.
Is that correct?
Thanks and pics would be GREAT.

Voyager Knobs
I've been getting used to my new Voyager and what a blast.
Question about the knobs: Some of them don't rotate all that smoothly. Little rough. Esp some of the Mixer knobs.
Normal?

VX-351 Installation
With my VX-351 there is a multi pin adapter inside a shielded bag that came with the unit. The instructions for installing the VX-351 to my voyager does not reference that part. Is this the "gray connector (J1)" mentioned that is suppose to be "located on the other side of the output ...

New To The Voyager - Tutorial Help
I have the Moog Limited Edition Bubinga Minimoog Voyager Bundle with CP-251 and VX-351 on the way. Other than a set of T-3's and a MF 102, I have no other moog synthesizer experience. Is there a decent video tutorial (or book) that shows the basic functions of all three devices when linked together?...
