Have you tried adjusting the Mod Wheel Amount control on the patches that don't seem to respond? Yep. That did it. I had the Mod Wheel on zero. Duh. That cured about 99% of the patches that did respond. They're a couple that I really can't tell if anything is happening since they're kind of bizarre...

Sorry I wasn't clear Scott. The adapter goes between the cable and the connector it's connected to on the main board. Form what I can tell, is your removing the ribbon cable from one port and moving it to another (P1) which takes the new adapter.
Is that correct?
