OSC2/Noise bleedthru

Just got a LP and noticed a problem and wondered if others have experienced the same or if mine is simply out of whack.

I've seen people on here post about hiss and noise with the filter closed, but I don't really notice that, so I think my issue is different.

With volume high, the filter open and ...

I don't have any experience with this specifically, but according to the Micro service manual one of these is the likely culprit:

1. C212 or Q201 leaky.
2. Solder flux, dust, contact cleaner or some other foreign matter on PC board in region of Glide Pot R251
3. Broken guard trace on main PC board.

The wheels only light up on the models that had an AC adapter input and only lit up when using the power adapter. They did not light up with batteries.

Wow, I never realized the Prodigy didn't have a noise source! I always assumed it did since all 3 of my Moogs have at least 1 (mini, micro, source). Kinda surprised it doesn't have an audio in as well.

It'd be awfully hard to find a good Odyssey for $580! Maybe if it barely works. They've been fetching more like $800-1000 this year for good ones.

oh, I forgot to mention, if your Source is receiving CV and you don't have S-Trigger to trigger the gate you can simply hold down a key on the Source. The keyboard CV affect the pitch though. I think you'll want to hold down a C if you want it to play in tune with others... There might be an easier ...

It's best to use a Y cable with a TRS plug (stereo) on one end and 2 separate TS (mono) plugs on the others. You can send and receive CV from 1 cable.

You can also use a standard instrument cable and put it either all the way in or part of the way in depending on if you want to send or receive ...

Micromoog 6-position rotary pot came apart

I'm currently trying to get a Micromoog up and running. On one of the 6-position mod pots, the aluminum shaft assembly has separated from the rest of the pot allowing it to be lifted from the pot. The design of these pots seem unlike any other pot I've come across. I'm speculating here, but it looks ...
