My G4 key isn't working. All other keys work fine. I'm guessing one of my cats was jumping on it. Cats love keyboards.
Any suggestions before I get an RMA and skip back to Asheville?

FS: MP-201
MP-201 FS in the US for $600. Payment via paypal. Has original box and a power supply (unsure if its original power). In overall good condition with no issues. I don't think its ever been used live, but has a few super minor signs of being used. Not much I need in trade except for a few very specifi...

Re: smd or hole thru
...A dual layer board is no problem to fix, but a three, four, or five layer board is non-repairable, unless a dead component is on one of the outer surfaces. BTW, on multi-layered boards, there are no components on inside layers (to my knowledge). Only traces that connect to different parts of the...

Re: Anyone using analog sequencers?
I'm using my Tip Top Audio Z8000 sequencer with it right now, along with a Doepfer A-156 quantizer. Works great, but I want to get a uStep and uScale as well.

Re: smd or hole thru
Keep in mind that SMD is absolutely repairable. It isn't hard even with a standard bench iron. With hot air rework, it becomes easier than through hole for some stuff.

Voyager osc CV in and audio out mods?
I love my Moog Voyager, but there's always been one thing that severely bothered me; I couldn't easily control the pitches of each oscillator individually. Sure, I could do some monkeying around with mapping the MOD1 and MOD2 inputs, but at best I could set the intervals from the primary Pitch input...

MP-201 controlling non-Moog pedals via expression in?
I'm looking at picking up a few pedals that have expression pedal input jacks (Eventide Space and Pitchfactor, Effectrode Tube Vibe). Can I use an MP-201 to control pretty much anything that has an 'expression pedal' jack on it? I'd really like to only carry around one expression pedal, not four and...

Re: Any Voyager Signature owners out there?
#144 chiming in here. Came with gooseneck and a case. Got it for $2200 in perfect shape from a guy in 2004. I love it. Amos upgraded a few things inside to bring it more current for me. Needs a tuning, but it isn't too far off (just some presets are a little off now). Just ordered a VX/CP finally fo...

Re: High End Delay Shootout w/MF-104
A handful of the pedals tested actually are digital delays, including the Sunny Day Delay and the Empress Superdelay.

High End Delay Shootout w/MF-104
We did a high end delay shootout with 10 pedals, including the Moog MF-104 which of course did rather well. We didn't explore every option of each pedal, but moreso just were checking out the overall vibe and tone of each.

I'm keeping an eye out for a Sig Ed Theremin. Finding one will be tough I realize, but I'm up for a challenge. Anyone got one?

Opening your Moog (or really any product imho, but certainly your Moog) shouldn't void a warranty as long as you don't screw up anything inside. A few photos and multimeter readings could help a lot for the board (And I'm willing to purchase the board even), but I'd really like the pinouts on the DB...
