Based on the CV cable control on the Rogue the correct ring on the phono cable was not lining up. I unplugged it slightly and got pitch control.

I upgraded my theremin to an Etherwave Plus. The initial plan was to control my Moog Rogue using the CV outs, but I'm not getting the desired effect.
