Re: Minimoog reissue pitch wheel, broken?

Bummer,

Honestly I prob wouldn’t have noticed that if it were on mine unless the wheel was behaving oddly.

Looks very inconspicuous

Re: Minimoog Model D ATA Road Case / vintage Minimoog compatibility

My Reissue fits in the ATA case perfectly - no squeezing it in required, fits like a glove

Re: Moog One Answers

I think I saw a pic from the live build that looked like it had 5 cooling fans inside it.

Are these audible when the synth is powered on and in use?
Do they come on and off dependant on internal temperature, or are they 'always on'.

Re: New Moog Website Design

Easily the worst website experience I can recall in a very long time.
However this got approved is beyond me.

The old website was great - the new one is something I will never get used to, it's just bad design.

Re: Model D (reissue) LFO rate LED mod?

I don't, but with time I've got to quickly know the range of the pot, so don't feel it's as necessary a mod as I initially considered it might be..

Re: Problem with Multi Trigger

Having the same problem - glad to know it's an easy fix - multi trigger will be a handy mode :)
Awaiting Moog's reply on it..

Re: Gaze into my Minimoog Power Supply crystal ball...

The supply is custom in that it provides +15V, -15V and +5V in separate pins - so the only way to replace it is buy a new original Moog supply, or use something like the same connector wired to a DotCom power supply which supplies similar voltages for large format modulars.

Re: Reissue Osc 3 tuning

yeah it was not the switch - it was simply calibrated incorrectly out of the factory - the replacement is fine

Re: Reissue Osc 3 tuning

Hi - took it back to the shop and picked up the other one that was there - obviously this is just a poorly calibrated one out of the factory.
Would have done the calibration myself, but there was a brand new replacement to take instead, so I went with that.

Cheers!

Reissue Osc 3 tuning

Hi, Just took delivery of my reissue model D I noticed a couple of things about OSC 3 and wondered if these are "normal"? 1. When OSC 3's tuning knob is at the centre "0" position, it is a major third above Osc 1 tuning, or Osc 2 at centre. At full clockwise it's an octave higher...

You seem to be getting rid of a lot of gear, Stu. Are you getting out of the music business? Andy Yeah I'm selling a lot of it - still keeping more than enough to keep me happy. Main thing is, I'm moving to London for 2-3 years. I figure each time I sell a synth, thats a nice week in Vienna or Madr...
