Re: Anyone interested in a trade?

If you were in the UK, I might have considered swapping for a DSI Prophet-08 and a PolyEvolver Keyboard. I'd regret it though! :)

Re: Where's my Iridiscent Moog Sticker?

I still haven't used mine. If I get my 280A fixed I'll put it on the back to replace the original torn one.

Re: Guitar Stompbox Pedals with Voyager

I've used a (vintage) MXR Phase 100 on a Voyager and my other synths. It compliments it well. I think I'll get a MXR flanger as well.

Re: Any Voyager Signature owners out there?

I have #296 in maple. Cost £2700 and it was ex display but perfect condition. Really good price at the time as some UK dealers were selling them for well over £3000 and that was just the standard version, with no Moog logos on at all.

These guys make sure to hit all the categories from the high-energy Indie/experimental feel of sound, to emo and even dark lyrics, and aren't afraid to be experimental in electronics, keyboard, and even stringed intrument areas! Slight mention of electronics and keyboards though. But nothing mentio...

You should have imported one with the Moog logo. I can understand how devastating it must be to have cosmetic blemishes when you have spent that kind of money for an instrument. That touchpad is a funny surface. I find it nearly impossible to remove smudges from it. Mine somehow doesn't have visible...

Now you've said that, someone might decide to do a bit of that clever image manipulation stuff that seems so popular at the moment, and "proof" of a white SH-101 will exist.

If it's white, what colour is the text on the panel supposed to be?

but my jupiter4, you'd need to kamehameha that one to break it! I think I did that to my best friend in a computer game. Took several attempts but I won as usual. Somebody did it to my Polymoog while it was being delivered to me. Polymoog Keyboard. Weapon of choice in fights. Pick it up, drop it on...

It all comes down to what me and my friend refer to as "Purpose defeating technology" So the world's music studios have gone to digital. But then they have to buy these fuzz generators to recreate that analog "Warmth" THey spend thousands of dollars on this top of the line digit...

I never really got on with the SH101. But are the blue ones supposed to be rare, and can the colour drastically raise the price of a standard SH-101?

Boeing 737-400 You should get that fixed. My Voyager was unusable for my applications with the original background hiss (and volume knob noise) and sat unused for the first year, but once they fixed noise problem the Voyager is my dream analog synthesizer. When you get the noise fix, you should als...

Imagine the top half of all the words on one side being cut off from the back light. This was totally unacceptable and surprising that it could leave the factory that way.
I doubt Moog would let a Voyager with that kind of problem leave the factory. It probably got damaged in transit.

I wonder if it is something to do with the volume knob on early Voyagers? Mine has that problem half way across its travel.
