Re: SUB OUTS: so much quieter... and noisier

Tried my subs out last night for the first time to go through another mixer so I don’t have to use my main mixer and leave the monitors off.
Yes. The noise level out of the subs is stunning. I mean that not in a good way.
Again, glad I’m not the only one.
Hope this can be remedied.

Click/Pop when scrolling thru Menu

Hi All, Hope everyone is safe, healthy and sane.

Lately I’ve noticed that when I’m scrolling through the patch menu, that action of turning the wheel and scrolling through each named preset creates a click, like an electrical click. Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks, David

Re: Moog One Bugs

Hi, No workaround for me. Both USB and DIN create this problem. Also, playing around with my bug all night, I found the Transpose function will not be compromised if the keyboard is split. Weird. None the less sent Moog my 4th email to support. No answer as of a few weeks. Understand the situation w...

Re: Moog One Bugs

Hi, Well tried your problem of the Program Change happening irrespective of a different Midi Channel and yes it happens with my unit. Regardless of the Midi In Channel being on a different channel or even OFF, any program change sent will change the patch. This is just another issue that now really ...

Re: Moog One Bugs

Hi, Sorry you’re experiencing another problem similar to mine regarding Channel 1. You are correct in the order or recipe to illustrate this problem I’m having. It happens with both Din and USB, with Midi In set to OFF. Sadly it affects both Din and USB and I don’t have an option around it other tha...

Re: Sirin panel machine threading

Hi,
Had the same experience with my Sirin when installing the wood panels.
Couldn’t go backwards because one hole was stripped when trying to screw in.
Didn’t want to revert to the original, so I just used a larger screw for that problem.

Re: Transpose Issue Confirmation

Dear Iaamusic, Thank you for trying to cooperate my issue for me. Much appreciated. Never checked using USB which I did tonight. The issue still persists. Alas. But, I did gain more info regarding it trying this. As stated, any Midi information coming in on Midi Channel 1 only is effecting the Trans...

Re: Transpose Issue Confirmation

Could anyone please verify if this is an anomaly or not? I’d very much appreciate it. To add to the diagnosis, it’s been happening through all the revision updates. Midi Control is Off as well. Another question while I’m at it... I’ve never been able to get any Clock Out to control anything from the...

Transpose Issue Confirmation

Hi, Would anyone be willing to confirm or deny this issue with the Transpose feature? Just plug a device transmitting on Midi Channel 1 into Midi In. Turn OFF the Midi In Channel in the One menu. Play a sequence on the One. Hit the Transpose button. Mine goes a little batty when it shouldn’t. I’d ap...

Re: Moog One Bugs

Moog One Sequencer Transpose Issue. Hope everyone is well, sane and healthy. Here is an explanation of the Transpose issue with my One. Any Midi signal from an external device which is transmitting on Midi Channel 1 going into the Midi In input of the One causes the Transpose function to go batty wh...

Re: 1.06 Sequencer Bug.

Hi, Also, been experiencing this anomaly with previous firmware and especially now with the new release. Pretty much the sequencer was unusable. Note Trigger didn’t work and Transpose made the notes be octaves apart as described in the previous post. All returned to normal after turning Midi Out off...

Re: 1.04 Bugs

Twice since loading the new firmware the One has rebooted itself showing the Moog icon after selecting presets. Better than than my main issue of losing all voices when selecting a preset on previous firmwares. There is a possibility it just hasn’t happened yet on this one. Fingers still crossed. Aw...
