Re: MOOG not recognizing new firmware file

Make sure you don't have any other firmware file on the same USB I use the stick Moog sent in the box, I have all the firmware files on (just the files not the folders) and when i go to update firmware it sees them all and allows me to choose which one I want - works perfectly. Weird, mine didn't w...

Re: MOOG not recognizing new firmware file

Make sure you don't have any other firmware file on the same USB. I had 1.1.0 and had to delete it before the Moog One 'found' the newer firmware. Hope that helps!

Re: Moog Sub 37 Presets Converted to Moog One

Well luckily I'm still able to boot up the Sub 37 Editor so I can view all my presets / settings in the app. If anyone's in the same position as me (sold your Sub 37), hopefully you saved your presets and still have the editor. I'm getting pretty close to the original sounds I was making with the Su...

Re: Moog One FEATURE Requests

It would be nice to have Oscillator Octaves available as a destination, similar to what's available on the Sub 37.

Moog Sub 37 Presets Converted to Moog One

Would it be possible to have the Moog One automatically convert Moog Sub 37 presets? 'Basically', create an app that takes the preset data from the Sub 37 and finds suitable parameters within the Moog One then creates a Moog One-ready preset. It should theoretically be possible but perhaps overly co...

Re: Noise issue, is this normal?

Their claim is that 12 o'clock on the master volume knob is unity gain, and anything above that is additive. Wow that's REALLY helpful to know, I didn't see that mentioned anywhere. Thanks for sharing this. That's where I keep mine and no issues. It's more than enough volume. I don't mind the idea ...

Re: Noise issue, is this normal?

I think it would be best if Moog put out an official statement on this behaviour because I've heard it from many people. It seems like all Ones do this (I've gone through three that had this exact behavior). Many people (including myself) are confused as to why the signal is so 'hot'. I wouldn't sen...

Re: v1.1.0 Bug Reports Thread

I've noticed that the WAVE ANGLE of the TRI WAVE & SAW WAVE doesn't register correctly when used as a MOD destination. Basically, if you choose WAVE ANGLE as destination, inputting a +100% value actually registers as -100%, and inputting a negative value will return a positive value. It's pretty har...

Re: Apple keyboards...can we have a fix?

Mine doesn't either. I think it might be because it has 2-usb hub on it? Maybe the Moog One isn't able to power the entire keyboard? Until then, my presets have really lazy names.

Moog, can you find a fix?

Moog Please Fix Envelope Sync / Loop Issue.

Basically, there is no way to set MIN values lower than 1/64th to either the Attack, Decay or Release when in Sync Mode. I believe this is terribly bad and here's why. Say you want to create a simple 1/4 Loop but you don't want Attack or Release. You are forced to set Attack to 1/64 and Release at 1...

Re: Moog one patches

Moog Patch Sharing Platform sounds like a great idea! +1 on that one. Maybe one day we'll be able to connect to the internet with the network port on the back of the unit and scroll through preset upon preset stored on this platform and be able to play the preset from the cloud before choosing to do...

Re: MOOG ONE BUGS (Version 1.03)

Patch Change Artifacts: I often hear pretty prominent artifacts when switching patches. Not great for live!! Hi paddy, When you change presets, you're just changing the values of all the parameters. If you have notes sounding, you're going to hear those parameters changing as they go from one value...

Re: Moog One Bugs

Not sure how common this is, but the filter cutoff frequency of the ladder filter varies from voice to voice . Most noticeable if you have the filter self-resonate, set the tracking to 100% and play the filter as an oscillator, as one does..... My gut says that this is simply a calibration thing. I...
