Memotron...

I loved my Mellotron. The feel. The sound. Its unique ...

Thanks MC! Let's get someone started on those converters right away! Oh well, we still have the touchpad! But imagine the fun we could have had with one hand on the drum and one on the touchpad... Hmmm, boggles the mind. Thanks! Craig.

Hey Suit & Tie Guy... I've got a friend from Madison doing research on hot gig sites... I'll get back to you as soon as I hear from him... As far as my area goes, there's not much around here for original music... (We're stuck in a hideous 80's time paradox here. If you don't play Billy Idol, or ...

Hey Suit and Tie guy... Thanx for the offer, and the info. As far as jammin' goes, I think you're outta my league. After spending 20 years singing and the next 6 messing with the guitar, I'm just getting back to the sweet world of analog synths... And I'm a bit (OK, Very) rusty... I will ...

Best synth solo...

One of the sweetest Minimoog solo's ever, as well as being one of the most beautiful "patches" ever created, is in the intro (and later in the song.) of the YES song "AND YOU AND I" from Close to the Edge... Anyone reproduce that sound on their MiniVoyager yet? I need that patch... I must have that ...

Thanx to one and all! i'll most likely give Numerology a try at a later date. I just discovered my friend is going all new tech and getting rid of some of his old school stuff. (I'm doing the opposite!) It looks like I'll trade some gear for his Pro-One. Since it has a sequencer built in, I'll play ...
