I've tried calling Moog’s tech support number at least 10 times and have never received a return call. I have both a Theremini and an Animoog and am trying to use output of the Theremini to play it. I can see that I'm receiving input but I cannot get any sound. Can anyone help?
I have an Animoog and a Theremini. I am attempting to use the Theremini as input to the Animoog I have the Theremini connected to my iPad. I can see that I am getting input to the Animoog but I am not getting any sound. What do I need to do?

When I first try my new Theremini I had no problem keeping its silent when I'm not playing. However now I always get this high-pitched noise. I haven't been able to get rid of it. Can anyone help?
When I first installed the Animoog I was able to see my Mac in setup. I instructed the app to forget my Mac. However now I can no longer find Bluetooth on my Mac. I have my iPad right next to my Mac but I am still unable to get the app to recognize my Mac. Can anyone help?
I still I Haven't been able to determine the version of my Theremini firmware. I saw one post which said I can find out what the version is by pressing the setup button immediately after turning it on. However that it didn't work. So I still don't know how to find the version. Can anyone help?
