Having the same issue with my Matriarch after upgrading to 1.2.1.

Thanks for your reply - FYI - I did read the manual, and followed the instructions, but I had no change until I sacrificed both front inputs to my Scarlett. So be it. Anyway - now I'm in stereo.

I tried swapping cables, using different inputs on my mixer, and even buying new cables. I found that if I plugged the Matriarch directly into the Scarlett I would get stereo sound. Of course, that takes up those two inputs. Thanks for your reply.

When I play my Matriach through my headphones no problems, but when I record to Logic X through my Focucrite Scarlett, I get a loud left channel and almost nothing on the right channel. All the stereo fx I've set up disappear. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Followed your instructions and oh! joy! the solution worked. The Matriarch is back up! I really wasn't looking forward to packing this up to send back to Moog. My job is off due to the virus, and I haven't a cent to my name.

I plugged the Midi DIN out into my Focusrite to use as a midi controller, and since I used it, my Matriarch won't turn off once any keys are hit. I have turned down all envelopes, but that seems to make no difference. Also, when I start up the synth I get a second of garbage sound. Any ideas? Thanks.

I put together a chordal sequence in D major, and then using the usb midi, I recorded into Logic. If you're familiar with Logic, you know that in coming harmonies are displayed in the control panel. Just got it back - works great - USB collapsed and that shut her down. Moog support excellent and quick. Helpful. Love them. Now, if I can only to get this unit to midi sync I will be a happy Mooger.

Well, disaster - I got on with support - the reset did not take, and then the MIDI usb port collapsed into the synth. On its way to Asheville. Oh F*#@ me.

Used it with Logic Pro X, and then nothing. Updated the OS, but still nothing. Haven't even paid for the unit yet. Any suggestions?

When I used Protools to try to record a sequence through the internal sync and the usb cable, the sequence would not play, but would only repeat a single note. What gives?

Well, I tried the usb cable and guess what? The midi sync works perfectly. Love my Grandmother more than ever.

This is a tough one - I have the Grandmother and I'm considering dumping all the rest of the synths, but you cannot save presets, and it's completely manual. The sound is incredible. However, I am a well-experienced synth user, so the Grandmother was easy for me. If I was a complete newbie, I think ...
