Hello I had the same issue with my little phatty. I have just successfully cleaned them using Goo Gone. Use a cotton-swab and soak it in Goo Gone, gently rub the Wheel a few time, do one side at a time (above and below central notch and the notch itself). Use a wet cloth and rubb it a few time then ...
