Re: Moog MU panels
Hi, Just saw this post. Not sure how far you've come since the original post in May but I'd be very interested to see some samples of your etched panels. Offering punching as well would seem academic to anyone wanting panels I expect. How are you generating the etch-graphics: by supplied artwork? Di...

Re: Supplier of Moog Modular panels wanted
Here is a sample of the log time graphics on electric druid site that is suitable for tracing or as a guideline. (missing the curved arrow of course) http://www.electricdruid.net/images/envgen/moog911/larger/moog911graphic.jpg If you have the fonts the rest is easy, tracing on top of an actual image...

Re: Supplier of Moog Modular panels wanted
Kevin L had posted scan of the 921B "clock face" here somewhere in the past.
Otherwise, if one was so inclined you could trace over a photo of the panels in a drawing package if no scans were available. If I recall correctly I had done them freehand in a drawing package as temp drafts.

Re: Supplier of Moog Modular panels wanted
I have black anodized c-frames made from a proper drawing furnished by Mr Bucki, if you need them. I have been meaning to dig them out of storage for another interested user here and have been remiss in digging the out. Didn't have the upright metal strap stamped though. The lexan bar Bucki used ins...

Re: Supplier of Moog Modular panels wanted
Fabricating these yourself is the cleanest way to avoid the pitfalls of copyright. Made for your own consumption nobody would ever bother you, even if they were seen in public. Mike Bucki's agreement was a bit gray if I recall but he had the right to continue to use the original trademarks within th...

Re: Supplier of Moog Modular panels wanted
If I may chime in here Eric /STG would be unlikely to want to engage in the panel business, but he should speak for himself here. Perhaps stating the obvious, so pardon me if that is the case. To get past any copyright issues you would need to either source scans of the original panels from modules ...

Re: Modular slide/light switches
I had looked around quite a bit for something like this and didn't have much luck. I did end up with a lifetime supply of CW rockers, like the model d switches, but no light shows. Figure I can use some on my modular diy backlog, which I should get to sometime around 2037. NKK makes some neat illum...

Re: PCB rear panel mount width dimension?
I have C-frames if anyone is interested. I had them made up a few years ago by a local metalshop from an original mechanical drawing. They are black anodized.

Re: HELP, looking for good vocoder
Don't want to get into cross posting (already posted on two other Vocoder threads on this forum), but check out Ray Wilson's Music from Outer Space Vocoder project on Facebook. Once the boards are released, there are people out there that will put them together for you if building one is a bit too m...

at moogce.com, they don't make real moog modules?
at moogce.com, they don't make real moog modules, although they do have a large inventory of real ones. they make replicas of the originals, and custom modules to fit the customer's needs. by far the best place to fufill your modular needs, although i've never actually bought something from them DB...
