Re: Subsequent 37 “Preset Volume”
It’s a control so that you can balance volumes across different presets. Whether it does this via attenuation only or boosting I couldn’t tell you for sure though. My guess it that it’s attenuation.

Everything above #1130 is correct from the factory.

Re: Subsequent 37 modwheel routing
Just a follow up. I’m trying to do the same and can’t seem to find a way to control filter cutoff frequency. I can find all the other parameters and destinations except it. And holding destination button while turning it doesn’t work like the other functions. Is there a workaround? Why wouldn’t cut...

Re: Subsequent 37 modwheel routing
You can set the source for a mod buss to “constant on” then set the assignable destination to filter cutoff or whatever else you want. You still need to have a non-zero amount on the mod wheel depth for that buss and its assignable destination. What you want can be easily done.

Re: Seeking the Link to an Extraordinator Moog Performance on YouTube
I think I know the one you mean but it’s several years since I saw it so not sure I’d be able to find it quickly again.

Re: Problem with 2022 minimoogs aftertouch
Which pitch offset are you referring to? Turning VCO modulation on/off when the mod wheel is at 0% ? On my 2022, this is about 7 cents, pretty small, due to offsets in the new modulation circuit. (From the factory, the offset was more like 11-12 cents, but I reduced it with some resistor substituti...

Re: Problem with 2022 minimoogs aftertouch
Yes, the MUSE functions are rather handy, though somewhat pricey. By my understanding of the new hardware, I think that if they chose to, Moog could implement pressure-activated modulation depth, variable mod wheel sensitivity, and variable pitch bend range, all in a firmware update. If I were them...

Re: Problem with 2022 minimoogs aftertouch
Getting back to the problem with the 2022 Mini’s aftertouch, I finally posted my analysis/fix on ModWIggler: https://www.modwiggler.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=273949 Thanks for doing that! I emailed Moog and Source Distribution in the hope that they fix this at the factory ASAP. Interested to see if...

Re: Voyager wave shape modulation
Thanks for that info.
Is it possible to route the LFO CV out straight into the Mod1 or Mod2 jack to then be able to use that as a mod source directed to one of the wave shapes via pot mapping?

Voyager wave shape modulation
Absolutely racking my brain but cannot figure out a way to modulate the wave shape of just a single oscillator via LFO (as opposed to all oscillators). Can this be done via any of the programmable destinations/pot mapping? I’d love to hear from anyone who has actually managed to do this.

New model D problems
Got my new D week. It sounds lovely and looks beautiful. Sadly there were a number of issues which have necessitated its return. Mine had the following faults: Mod wheel bent over to the right; LFO knob off-axis; Lower keys spongy (known problem with too-short aftertouch strip impeding key travel); ...

Re: Minitaur LFO issue thread
Is LFO MIDI sync enabled on the Minitaur? If so, that could be the issue. Stopping the external MIDI clock might mean it has nothing to lock on to.

Re: MOOG ONE VS PTOPHET TEN AND OB8X
So I finally got to play a Sequential Prophet in person because I stumbled across in a Guitar Center. It was a Rev 2 and I just couldn't get that warm creamy tone out of it that I get from my Sub 37 and Matriarch. It did a lot of cool stuff and sounded nice but I need that tone. (I had the inclinat...

Re: How to tame the S37 (or S25)
There is a per-patch volume level in the edit menu, given as a percentage if I recall correctly.
