I found another solution to the problem, but it isn't pretty. If you open up the editor, then go to your Sub 37 and iteratively walk over all of your presets and save them with AUTO SEND enabled in the HARDWARE PRESETS section of the LIBRARIAN, apparently it'll send an updated sysex dump for the pre...
