Serial number starts at 16, but „enabled voices” shows eight...

Heeelp!! My Moog Voyager Electric Blue sends MIDI notes 8 half-notes higher! I press the C key and sends Gis...
Of course, in the midi loop, the Voyager track plays ok.
A similar mistake is also in writing letters from the keyboard. Everything is shifted. What is going on?
