The pitch wheel on my 2022 reissue is way out of wack. The specs say it should go up and down a fifth, but it goes up and down to a very out of tune note. How do you calibrate the pitch wheel? The manual doesn't say how.

Curious, did you get this resolved?

Eh. Quick update on this if anyone has similar issues and lands here via a search. The power jack itself is tight/secure, but if you spin the power adapter plug, the lights flicker. The problem seems to be with the power jack that is inside the instrument. Darn it.

I got a brand new Matriarch from Sweetwater last week. Tonight the instrument no longer powers up. I tried different outlets to no avail. I tried swapping the power cable on the adapter, and still no luck. Is there a fuse or something else I can try to troubleshoot before I go through the trouble of...

You can use the LFO as a second oscillator to get closer to that Korg MS-20 patch in the video, but it won't be exact because you're essentially giving up the filter, which plays a big role in that Korg video. Has anyone resolved this yet? I am having the same issue with my Moog Matriarch. Trying to do simply MIDI sequencing. I have it and can see it in Logic. It's receiving MIDI but not playing back any audio with MIDI.

I've experienced this issue too. Following. As a result, I now save a back up of my presets to my hard drive every time I make one. It could be a mismatched MIDI channel. It took me a few tries at setting the MIDI channel since Moog won't give us any kind of software global settings editor. The using-the-keys-to-menu-dive thing makes it easy to make errors since you have no indicators to show what you've selected.

The Matriarch is one of my favorite sounding synthesizers and its feel and sound are fantastic. Unfortunately, the color scheme is a little off putting for me.
