I'm not sure I understand what the hard sync does (I'm new to synthesizer - really a guitarist) - how is it different than keyboard sync?

I loaded the new firmware and editor and it's working much more smoothly than the prior versions. No stuck notes, so far, the connection is more solid and it now works in Ableton.

So far so good - smooth installation and everything seems to be working much more reliably now. No random hardware disconnects and it seems to be handling sequencing from my TB-3 much better. No stuck notes so far!
