Turn the pattern knob away from Rec mode. Add hold button to taste.

Regarding staying in key. Octaves are good and 5ths will stay in key for the best part in classic 1-5-6 classic major song progressions etc. I was hoping for a more educated answer from someone who has studied it.

Ive noticed the gap at the top of my keyboard (under the preset keys and panel) is bigger at the left hand end of the keyboard to the right. If when flicking through presets you happen to have a key held down when selecting a new sound the note gets stuck on. its easily reset by changing the preset again but its annoying none the less.

hey. i bought a new mac live this week and i keep having an issue where when the MPC clock starts, it turns off the arpeggiator on the sub37. this also happens when the sequence loops back to the start of the sequence.

any idea on whats causing it and how to stop it?
