Is it that bad?
I tried contacting them 3 times, submitting emails. Haven't heard anything back.
If phone contact is all that will work, why is there an email option?
It says in their reply that someone will contact me within 2-3 business days; that was Feb.17th.

After checking Moog's website, there is a software upgrade that adds the extra presets, and also adds a function that the external knob on the mixer section can dial through presets.
I AM able to do this, so the upgrade must be in there!
Still can't access more than bank A.

I recently purchased a Voyager Performer edition; it came with no manual.
When I downloaded the manual, I can't access any banks of presets other than bank A.
And they're different from the downloaded manual (Bank D is where Bank A is, it looks like).
I have software version 3.5, and the unit went ...
