Re: My brain ain’t what I thought it used to be…
I have found the sound of the mother 32 to be exquisite. And with all of the routing possibilities of the patchbay, combined with a second oscillator of another mom 32, it is just titties and cream. The sequencer on the other hand is making me feel older than I want to be...I just can’t seem to rem...

Re: Mother#2 plays one octave lower?
Not sure if you got your M32 #1 and #2 crossed up in your post, but I am doing this: Let's say The M32 you want to play is #1. The one you want to use as a second oscillator is #2. Saw/Pulse Wave out from #2 into EXT in to #1. use the mixer to 50% to blend. Gate out of #1 to Gate in #2. KB out #1 to...

Re: Mother#2 plays one octave lower?
I'm not sure what you mean by "root or base note", but both oscillators are set to the same frequency, the same octave, and the "C" key has been pressed on both of them to produce exactly the same note. Just so we're on the same page - you're plugging the oscillator wave from th...

I'm not sure what you mean by "root or base note", but both oscillators are set to the same frequency, the same octave, and the "C" key has been pressed on both of them to produce exactly the same note. That's what I meant. This hasn't happened to me, but let me try to replicate...

Re: Mother#2 plays one octave lower?
Have you set the root or base not as the same on both of them?

Re: Any Mother-32 Questions?
Possibly stupid question - When using two mothers together and using one to trigger the other for 2 oscillator sounds, i am patching gate out to gate in, and KB out to 1v/oct in. when the octaves and notes are identical, why am I not getting the same note? I have to hunt around on the frequency knob...

Possibilities for using 3 Mother 32s polyphonically?
Hey all - owner of 3 M32s here. I saw this video on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GgjSzHUdk4A And was blown away. Problem is, to use his setup, you'd have to buy a KMI Qunexus keyboard, MIDI expander, and iconnect MIDI 4+. I think those 3 things alone are $500. Is there a cheaper way to g...

Moog Fest 2017
Anyone know if ticket prices will be available at pre-sale costs? My wife and I would like to go, but don't know if $250/person is do-able. $99 we could work out.
