I cant find any other schematics but I believe you are correct with -6v. According to the ua796 datasheet, in the metal can pinout, pin 10 = V- and in the 14 pin dip pinout, pin 14 = V-. I can't quite tell from pictures but it appears that Moog used the metal can 796 in 921b modules. Hope this helps.

The 10k trimmer appears to be the phase lock filter cutoff in the service manual by looking at the pcb traces on the 921b board. I would assume that the phase lock filter balance is the 100r which it seems to be by also looking at a picture of the board. I'm not sure how you would set them though. S...
