Yes, it's listed in the device manager.

Seems like the software driver is just broken. Very disappointing.

On my Mac the Sub37 editor connected to the hardware every time without a problem.

On PC (Win 10 Anniversary) it doesn't seem to want to connect. I did install the special PC MIDI driver that came with the 1.2 update.

Any thoughts?

Good question. I seem to remember it being 1.0 -- but that could be wrong.

Thanks I was worried that something may have happened during shipment, because the box arrived with some damage.

It sounds like very soft pink noise, not a click, but like opening up a gate when pressing the key. Is that normal?

Is it normal to hear the noise of audio noise when pressing a key (init preset with the filter at 0)?

Solved with 1.2 update.

New Sub37 user. I was using it tonight and decided to update from factory to 1.1.
The update failed initially. I attempted the manual update according to instructions, but that also failed.

After that, the auto update actually worked, but no sound. Tried the auto install again, success, but no ...
