Thanks. Also got an answer from my reseller.
I will try a couple of things, ie put the Sub37 and DAW in the same power outlet group.

Sub37, noise at 8 & 16 Khz when USB connected to DAW
I've got a real issue when using the USB to control the Sub37 via my DAW. As soon as USB is connected to the Sub37 two tones are created on the Output, at certain frequencies at around -40dB. (If I remember correctly it's exactly at 8 and 16 KHz, so it is two sinewave "overtones" rather th...

Re: [Solved] can't install Sub37 USB Driver in Win7
The website said release date was 2016-01-30 when I checked. Now it says 2017-02-13. Something fishy is going on.

Re: can't install Sub37 USB Driver in Win7
Solved it!
The new Firmware released just a couple of days ago, version 1.2, fixed it! I had to update the Sub37 via another computer though, but then it worked fine in my DAW including the Sub37 Editor in Cubase.
And also, I am using Sub37 USB MIDI Drivers v3.30, not 2.23.

[Solved] can't install Sub37 USB Driver in Win7
Windows 7 finds the Sub37 out of the box with its own drivers. But since I want to use the Sub37 Editor inside Cubase, I need to install the Sub37 USB drivers (Moog_Sub_37_USB_DriverSetup_v2.23.0.exe). However the installer does not find the Sub 37 even though Windows has already found it (it's avai...

Re: Major problem USB MIDI from DAW with Sub37 hangs/disconn
Back again. I had several issues.
- Bad USB hub, random issues.
- Turned off Follow SPP etc.
Now it seems to work fine.
Now though, I have a problem setting Sub37 Editor up in Cubase. I have done these things before with other hardware synths but I get "No connection" here.

Re: Major problem USB MIDI from DAW with Sub37 hangs/disconn
I think I found the problem! Atleast I have been able to play for a while now without any disrupts. I installed a MIDI Monitor and realised that the Moog Sub37 keeps sending Start/Stop via MIDI, especially when when browsing between some certain presets. I could jump between two presets and the Sub3...

Major problem USB MIDI from DAW with Sub37 hangs/disconnects
The connection between my DAW computer and my Sub 37 (with latest firmware) hangs after a few minutes of working with it. Cubase hangs after a couple of minutes when having the Sub 37 USB MIDI connected. But as soon as I turn off my Moog Sub 37, Cubase "unhangs" and I can continue! Also wo...
