If you are really hungry for modular and moog, the most inexpensive alternative is a moog clone modular. The moslab system 15 is 3800€. You don't have to buy that all at the same time.

I see mos-lab just discontinued their 1700€ "system 8." But look at the module selection, buy what you can and ...

But a Moog is just a dream and the Mother 32 seems to be the best start I can think of.
