Yes, that makes sense

At least with a city, you can plan if you are ever in the area

Thanks!

Voyager aftertouch sensitivity, for MIDI?

Have been using my Voyager as a MIDI controller for a poly synth, and the aftertouch is very clunky compared to say, an old inexpensive m-audio controller I have. There is a velocity sensitivity you can adjust in the Voyager's menu, but nothing for pressure/aftertouch, that I could find. Is there an...

Re: Aladdin's Cave

Checked out the website: wow, that place is INSANE!! Some amazing artifacts/instruments stored there

And some very cool research topics & articles too

Is it in Pennsylvania somewhere? Would be nice to visit sometime, but I couldn't figure out what city they are in?

Re: Big Briar?

That's a great link, thanks for posting! I had never seen pics of the area; it's nice!! it is good to know it's been left to a conservation society to preserve Didn't realize there was a CP module that far back. Bob really was promoting the modular aspect of those Moogerfoogers. Back then I just tho...

Re: Minimoog reissue pitch wheel, broken?

You need to be careful tightening the screw, otherwise it cracks the wheel & will not stay put on the potentiometer: spins

Well for starters, I don't have any VCA's, until I get these built

I ordered some wrong parts, waiting for the new ones

Re: Share your synthesizer music!

I am currently DIY'ing some Oakley dual VCA modules, for a 5U system. Most of my modules were built by Lower West Side Studios in Canada: based on Oakley, Catgirl, Barton, Yusynth etc

I haven't had a chance to do much with it yet

Ah, it reminded me of the instrumental break in "cars"

Approx 52 seconds:

Pretty neat! What did you do the voices with?

I heard a twisted Gary Numan in the intro riff

Re: Share your synthesizer music!

Hey that was cool! Enjoyed it. You weren't actually trying to tune at 5min were you? I think that's when I noticed I was out of tune and went with it! Left the B string de-tuned for a couple of days before I remembered. Did I pull on it too hard? It is a fairly new string, might have been the first...

Holy crap, you built that thing?? Incredible

Truly an analogue monster

Good answer....

My vote would be the Grandmother, it really has a great vintage sound & the spring reverb is awesome. And it is pretty affordable. And versatile/expandable if you get other external modules
